Small Works

Our small works team formed of fourteen members of staff in various trades supervised by our Works Managers undertake a wide variety of work. On the initial call to have works looked at, our Works Manager will telephone to make a convenient appointment to visit you. He will advise to the extent of the works, and general advice on the work, i.e. timescale, planning permission or conservation orders and then provide a written quotation. We provide a fixed date and time convenient to you for when the works are to be carried out, we also clean up after ourselves at the end of each day. Every person carries an identity card and you are advised of the names of the persons due to carry out the work.

All of our small works team have years of experience in the industry and are highly trained in Health & Safety and either have a apprenticeship or carry a Construction Skills Certification Card (CSCS.) Our plumbers are Anglian Water Approved Plumbers and some are also CORGI registered (Council for Registered Gas Installers) and OFTEC (oil technicians).

We provide a range of services, including minor works such as changing tap washers, to larger works such as decorating, landscaping works, re-roofing and all general repair and maintenance work.

We also undertake numerous works for Norfolk County Council, in schools, libraries and for adaptations to properties for people with disabilities. Our honest and reliable nature has proved a success with them.
