We believe that when a customer is looking for a house, they are looking for their perfect home, designed to suit their needs with their own individual touch. We have a land bank of plots with various planning permissions in and around Diss and offer a unique build to order service. We draw all the plans in-house and undertake our own planning permissions.

Whereas most house builders simply decorate and fit out new houses to a standard level, G N Rackharn & Sons Ltd see the process all the way through, allowing customers to be involved in the building process from designing the layout of the house or bungalow and deciding where they want the light switches to designing the kitchen and bathroom with us and the type of doors they would prefer.

We can offer properties from a two bedroom house or bungalow, to a converted barn to a large six bedroom house. We build on average one property a month, allowing us to give that individual touch.

All new homes come with a NHBC guarantee (National House Builders Council) and are also inspected by local building control. We are A1 rated NHBC builders.

We prepare a building contract for our customers with a written specification and drawn house plans so that you are secure that there are no hidden extras and that only quality materials are being used.
